I've had a little break and am back now ready with lots of goodies to share with you.. So today I thought I'd share with you another of my latest tags.. I've gone with a base of 7Dots Studio 9th Wave for this one again
I started off with my tag base, some machine stitching and some cut up pieces of a 9th Wave sticker element. I'm a little sad, I've just realised that this was the last piece of this particular 7Dots studio paper that I have. It has definitely been a favourite!!
Next I began to layer my metal embellishments, I've used a few from different Prima ranges. And also a fussy cut butterfly from some of packaging from the Finnabair embellishments. Don't you just love that metal flower. I have a wonderful friend to thank for that bit of Finnabair gorgeousness.. ( Shirley you rock!!)
I kept building up my layers adding things in, taking things out, until I was happy with how it looked..
I've also added in some Prima crystals, love the little added element of sparkle they add, to finish off I've added in a Tim Holtz remnant rub and mini paper clip as well as one of my very last fractured dolls distressed with a little black soot distress paint..
And I couldn't not share a couple of close up detail pics... they just make me smile!
Thank you so much for stopping by and to all of the wonderfully kind comments you've all been leaving, I appreciate you stopping by so very much! I hope you've enjoyed your visit,
see you again soon,
Happy Creating..
Karen xx
