This post is to showcase some of my tags that I've done with VLVS! images, and to apply to become a member of their  wonderful design team and be a part of the VLVS! family..

Here are three of my most recent tags., these ones are a little more embellished. I have used a few different VLVS! images.. from the Coffee Ring Stain and {with love} to the 1787 grunge writing  and some of the awesome new Banksy Images - Gas mask flower girl and the waybill/invoice.

This tag is brand new, I only received these stamps yesterday ( Friday ) and had to have a play last night....  I think she could very quickly become a fave!!

And now i'm going to be cheeky and add in three of my older , but still  favourites - Do you know how hard it was to only try and pick 3??

I just adore this sunflowers stamp!

And this cute little guy, was the very first VLVS! stamp I bought and used..

So there you have it, please wish me luck, and keep everything crossed for me! until next time..

Unlock your Dreams

Happy Tuesday!

Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend. I have a tag full of lots of my favourite things to share with you today..  I'd also like to enter this one into the Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo Key Challenge.

I started off with a tag cut from a piece of 7 Dots Studio Wonderland - Duchess paper. I have been hoarding this paper for what seems like forever. Not wanting to use it, but after a bit of encouragement form some wonderful friends, I decided to finally cut into it..

I then got out a couple of my favourite Viva Las VegaStamps! stamps and stamped on my background.  If you haven't already you should stop by and have a look at some of VLVS! amazing stamps, with a catalogue of over 19,000 images, I'm sure you will find something you just can't live without!

the two I used were Coffee Ring Stain and 1878 Grunge Writing.

Next came the stitching.. ( of course! ) and the fun bit, rummaging through all my metal embellishments and arranging and re-arranging until I was happy.. I've used a mix of various prima ranges - including a genie stone.. I just love these! Some Tim Holtz Idea-ogoly, and of course some of the gorgeous star confetti from UmWow Studio.

and this was the result...

and of course I can't not share a few close ups...

So there we have it.. another tag to add into my tag journal..

I'd also like to say a huge Hello to all my new visitors and followers. Thank you so much for dropping by, I read each and everyone of your comments, and appreciate you all so very much! thank you for all of your support!

May 12 tags of 2014

Happy Saturday! I cant believe its May already. The ,months have been flying by. I have my version of Tim Holtz's May 12 tags of 2014 to share with you today.

DSC09557

I did mine a little different, I didn't use a tag this time. As soon as I saw Tim's Tag I knew exactly how I wanted to do my version.  I've used a 6 x 4 canvas that I've  covered in linen, and I've used Wallflower paper for my tiles as well.

After lots of re-arranging I finally was happy with the layout and embellishments I chose.. Here is my finished panel.

I've used a photo of my Dad when he was little.. and
also used some remnant rubs, rubbed onto old clear packaging and cut out for some elements on some of my tiles.  As well as lots of bits and pieces from my Idea-ology stash.. I just love the  label pulls and arrows!

So there you have it. My version. I cant believe I was actually organised enough to get it done so early in the month.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate your visit. Hope you have a wonderful day, Happy Creating
